Debra Ellen Brinegar, 68, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on December 20, 2021. Debra was born August 22, 1953, at Mount Vernon, Illinois. Debra was predeceased by her parents, Bobby and Ginger Gilbert, and her granddaughter Anastasia.
