RaeChelle Curtis

RaeChelle Curtis born on August 3, 1969 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Alton Craig Curtis & Joanna K. Williams Curtis. RaeChelle was the first born of eight children. RaeChelle played volleyball, softball, and loved racquetball. The seven girls sang together often at church functions. At age 21 RaeChelle served an 18 month mission in the state of North West Washington. She loved serving the lord, proselyting even riding on a bike.

She met and married Daniel Sisson June 22nd 1993 in the Mesa Arizona Temple. They had 4 beautiful children: Charrika Breeann Sisson, Collyn Daniel Sisson, Jaden Timothy Sisson and Amara Joan Waldo. She is survived by mother Joanna Curtis and 7 siblings: Jocelyn Lois Jones, Kristin Emmeline Kyle, JaynAnn Thomas, Jamiel Curtis, Sunni Lyn Curtis, Julianna Curtis and Steven Curtis; and 3 grandchildren: Mateo Eli Waldo, Vivian Luz Waldo and Levi Samuel Waldo. RaeChelle valiantly fought cancer for 15 years.

She will always be remembered for her love for her Savior, family and friends, for her resilience, strength, honesty and creative mind.
