Our charge includes a direct cremation with memorial or committal service at funeral home or other location, DVD slideshow, register book, service folders, transfer of remains to funeral home, sanitary care of unembalmed remains, sheltering and/or refrigeration of remains for up to four days, minimum portion of basic service charge for funeral director and staff, transportation to crematory and crematory fee.

 

 

DIRECT CREMATION……………………………………….…………...…...............…$695.00

Our charge includes a direct cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies, transfer of remains to funeral home, sanitary care of unembalmed remains, sheltering and/or refrigeration of remains for up to four days, portion of basic service charge for funeral director and staff, permit fee, alternative container (or container provided by family), transportation to crematory and crematory fee.

 

The following requirements are applicable to all cremations in Arizona.

 

The State of Arizona requires the following regarding cremation of human remains:

• A government issued cremation permit.

• Human remains must be placed in a rigid, combustible container for the cremation process.

• The legal next of kin must authorize the cremation.
