Mary Louise Cardall Bartschi, 68, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026. She was born on November 28, 1957 in Fullerton, California to John Norman and Helen Marie Cardall.
Mary married her eternal companion, Ronald David Bartschi, in the Salt Lake City Temple on October 22, 1976. Together they raised 7 children and built a life centered on faith, family, and service.
Mary was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings throughout her life. Some of her favorite callings were Ward Organist, Young Women's President, Stake Missionary and Sunday School Teacher. She especially loved temple service and went devotedly throughout her whole life. Her testimony of the gospel was one of strength, love, and devotion. She showed her love of the Savior by living a life full of service and love.
Mary taught piano for over twenty years. She was very musically talented and creative. She wrote many beautiful songs, poems, and stories. She enjoyed crocheting, especially baby blankets and painted beautiful paintings.
After a twenty three year battle with Parkinson’s, Mary has left her earthly home and joined her parents Norman and Helen and her brother David John.
She is survived by her husband Ron; her sister Cheryl (Ken); her children Tiffany (Jeff), Jeffrey, Kirsten (Ben), Bryan, Trevor, Ashley (Payton), and Kimberly (Bryant); her grandchildren Kaylie (Austin), Owen (McKenzie), Alexia (Wesley), Kate, Maddux, Benson, Anders, and Paige; and two great-grandchildren Holden and Charlotte.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 7, 2026. A viewing will be from 9 AM until 10 AM. Service will be held at 10 AM at the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints 22424 south meridian Queen Creek, AZ.
Interment will be following the services at Santan Memorial Gardens located at 22425 East Cloud Rd. Queen Creek, Arizona
The family expresses heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support shown during this time. We rejoice in the knowledge of eternal families and look forward to a joyful reunion.
