Steven Earl Edgley, 73, of Phoenix, AZ went to be with God on February 28, 2026. Steven was born on November 7, 1952, in Flint, MI to Earl and Jacqueline Edgley. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Lance Corporal. Steven spent much of his life working as a mechanic, a career that perfectly reflected his natural talent for fixing anything that needed repair. Whether it was a car, a household problem, or someone in need of help, Steven was always ready to lend his hands and his heart. He found great joy in helping others and was known for his generosity, kindness, and willingness to give without expecting anything in return. More than anything, Steven was devoted to his faith as a Christian and to serving others. Through his nonprofit ministry Brothers 4 Hope, he worked to serve the homeless and share the love of Christ with everyone he met. His mission in life was to help people and bring hope wherever he could. Steven will be deeply missed by his loving family, including his children Stephanie, Amy, Ashley, Ramone, Kieth, and Breana, his sister Lori and his brother John. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will carry on his legacy of compassion and faith. Steven will be remembered for his enormous heart, his servant spirit, and his unwavering commitment to helping others. His life was a testament to the words found in Matthew 5:3–10, which he held close to his heart. Memorial will be held at Fountain of Life Church March 28th from 11am-2pm Burial service April 7th at 10am.
