Rudy Marrufo November 22, 1962 – April 15, 2026 Rudy Marrufo, 63, of Queen Creek, Arizona, passed away on April 15, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Maria Marrufo. Rudy was married to his beloved wife, Inez Marrufo, for nearly 17 years, and together they shared 28 years of love and companionship. He was a devoted father to his four children: Aaron Marrufo (Amy), and grandson Jace; Bryan James Tucker (Elizabeth), and grandchildren Giovanni, Sicily, and Lilliana, stepson Gabriel Bryan Youngman (Rachel), and grandchildren Rebekah Grace and Nathaniel; and daughter Sheila Marrufo, and grandson Royce James. Rudy is also survived by his siblings: Fred Manjarres, Fernando Manjarres (Bea), Anna Escandon (Steve), Francisco Marrufo Jr. ( Margie), Alice Gonzales (Albert). He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and brothers- and sisters-in-law who loved him dearly. Rudy was a hard worker his entire life, he was proud to be part of the Arizona Steel Workers and also worked for many years with Arconic / Alcoa / Pimalco. Rudy will be dearly missed by all that had the blessing of knowing him.

I truly agree. I’ve worked with Rudy for many years. He liked work and those he worked with. When I had any issues at work, I felt comfortable having Rudy’s on my side negotiating with the supervisors. As a union representative he wanted to help the workers. He loved family, talking to him it was his reason for living. All that knew him felt a sense of loss. He’s a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Gone too soon.

Rudy was a coworker with my husband at pimalco, became very good friends. Rudy was a very good man and a hard worker. My husband also passed away at 63, 9 years ago. They are meeting again.
