Susan Conant

Susan (Sue) M. Conant, 67 of Box Elder, South Dakota passed away unexpectedly February 1st, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona while roaming the roads in her Home on Wheels with her beloved husband Robert A. Conant. Home is where you park it!

Born June 28, 1950 in Glendale, California. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine Machtolff.

She was a passionate photographer, RV'er, bell player, horse enthusiast, cat lover and a devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Commemorative Air Force and enjoyed volunteering at the museum in Mesa, Arizona where she enjoyed taking pictures of all the different types of aircraft.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years Robert A. Conant; one son, Rusty (Jennifer) Conant of Apple Valley, CA; three step daughters, Cindy (Pete) McKinley of Stevensville, MT, Christi (Lex) Williams of Kingsport, TN and Cherie (John) Moore of Rock Creek, MT; 10 Grandchildren, Elena, Khloe, Korey, Emma, Shawn, Brian, Paischence, Dylan, Ian, and Eric; one great-grand daughter Ava; as well as many of her extended family and very dear friends.

A private memorial has already been held by her family.
