Margaret Ann Huggett

July 14, 1939 – September 4, 2018

Margaret Ann Huggett, a corporate executive secretary and resident of Scottsdale, AZ, died on September 4, 2018 at the age of 79 following a quick decline from dementia.

Margaret is survived by her son, Mark Huggett of Gilbert, Arizona; her granddaughters, Tristin Taylor of Wasilla, Alaska and Terra Huggett of Gilbert, Arizona, and her grandson, Boaz Huggett of Gilbert, Arizona.

Margaret was born in Lonsdale, Minnesota on July 14, 1939 to Dr. George John Tuma & Mary Ann (Lepeska) Tuma. She graduated from New Prague High School class of 1957.

She was married to John Keith Huggett, a corporate pilot and flight instructor, from September 22, 1962 to March 23, 1970.

Margaret will be remembered for her vibrant personality, which complimented her taste for the color red. Her affection for animals, especially cats, mirrored her heart and the love she had for her family, who were the most important part of her life. Despite her lifelong battle with chronic pain, she persevered with uncanny inner strength, which was anchored by her love and faith in God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents and four siblings: Michael and George Tuma of Lonsdale, Minnesota, Mary Teresa Collinge of Zumbrota, Minnesota, and Dr. Benjamin Michael Tuma of Faribault, Minnesota.

A celebration of life open house is scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on October 21, 2018 at her home, 4810 N. 74th Place, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251.
