Eileen Ketcham

Eileen Ketcham died Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, under hospice care.

Eileen (Johnson) was born to Clifford and Inez Johnson on June 18, 1948, in Fargo, ND. She grew

up and attended Fargo Central High School, graduating in 1966. She went on to attend Interstate Business College in Fargo from 1966-1967, receiving a diploma in secretarial and stenographic courses. She received her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation in 1975 and worked as a realtor for First Realty and Asp Realty in Fargo until 1980.

Eileen met Doug Ketcham in 1976 while selling him condominiums in Fargo. They were married

on February 2, 1980. They worked together at their business, Doug Ketcham and Associates, from 1980

– 2021. They sold the business in November of 2021. They enjoyed spending summer weekends at the Lake Lida cabin in MN. In 2010, Eileen and Doug started spending the winter months in Mesa, AZ, at Sunland Village. They started out renting, and in 2018, they purchased their year- round home and have been enjoying time with friends and family for the past five years. Eileen made many wonderful friends at Sunland Village and always talked about the memories she created there.

Eileen is survived by her husband Doug of Mesa, AZ; children Shane (Tiffany) Ketcham; Jeff (Patricia) Schryver; Jennifer (Jake) Werner; grandchildren Tyler and Zac Ketcham; Alex, Cole, and Rylan Schyrver; Zachary and Ben White; sister Audrey Helgeson. She is preceded in death by her parents and

her sister.
