A proud high school graduate and devoted Catholic, Eleanor’s life was a testament to love, resilience, and laughter. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—playing bingo, crocheting intricate patterns with care, shopping for treasures big and small, bowling with friends, and sharing stories that could fill a novel. Her gift for conversation was unmatched, and her long, animated tales will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of hearing them.

Eleanor was the cherished wife of the late Michael James Maloney, with whom she shared 52 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they built a home full of tradition and raised three children: Lisa Rose, Mark Joseph, and Michelle Lee. Her legacy continues through her 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and joy.

Eleanor’s spirit was one that embodied strong Italian cultural values. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know her.
