Diana Marie Tietsort
Diana Marie Tietsort, age 77, of Florence Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2024, surrounded by the love of her dear husband Richard Tietsort. Born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 9, 1947, Diana lived a life full of warmth, kindness, and love, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she encountered.
Diana's passion for life was reflected in the many joys she pursued. She was an avid knitter, often found creating beautiful doilies with her skilled hands. She enjoyed the camaraderie of playing bingo and spent countless hours with her beloved dogs—Crisco, Molly, and Sushi—whom she adored. Her home was always neat and orderly, a reflection of her meticulous nature, and she loved to cook, often preparing meals with a tender touch for her family and friends.
A dedicated and hard-working individual, Diana had a distinguished career that spanned over 30 years with AT&T and more than 15 years with Idaho State Transportation. Her colleagues and friends remember her as a loyal and dependable presence in both her personal and professional life.
Diana’s devotion to her family was unwavering. She leaves behind her loving husband, Richard Tietsort, with whom she shared an eternal bond of love. She is also survived by her stepson, Reggie Loop, and his wife, Marcie, as well as her cherished grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Known for her generous spirit, kind heart, and impeccable character, Diana was the epitome of grace and strength. She touched the lives of many, and her legacy of love and kindness will forever be remembered. Diana’s love for Richard, her family, her dogs, and her friends was truly eternal, and she will continue to live on in their hearts.
