Patricia J. Schwan

On June 22, 2020 Patricia J. Schwan was lifted, and carried home by the good Lord, our Savior Jesus Christ as the Hospice Chaplain prayed Psalms 23 at her bedside with family. Patricia was an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was kind hearted, loving, selfless and always showed great patience. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh, she lived a simple life and had a great sense of humor even through her painful journey with cancer. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, we have entrusted her cremation services to Horizon Funeral Care. Thank you, Horizon, for your kind words and help during this difficult time. Family and friends will be conducting a memorial service – celebration of life, at a later date along with a butterfly release as Patricia loved butterflies.
