Ronald C. Harvard

Ronald C. Harvard, 77, died peacefully on May 2, 2020 in the loving company of his wife, Judith, at his home in Phoenix, Arizona following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on October 29, 1942.

He graduated from Liverpool High School in Liverpool, New York and received his degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University. He was in a senior management position with Carborundum Corporation for 20 years before moving to a senior management role at Fiberite Corporation which took he and Judy to Phoenix, Arizona, a part of the country that he loved dearly. Ron and Judy were avid hikers in the vast Arizona parks system and traveled extensively during his retirement.

He was predeceased by his Father, Carl Harvard and his Mother, Mary Jane Harvard.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judith Harvard, son Jeffrey Harvard of Portland Maine, stepdaughter

Dana (Glenn) Carroll of Lewiston, New York, his sister Sally Lou (Fran) Nichols of Baldwinsville, NY,

his step grandchildren, Mountain and Maggie Carroll, nieces and nephews and special friends

Laurene and Papa John DeFrancesco.

He will be remembered by all who knew and loved him for his intelligence, quick wit and helping hand.

He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered and forever in our hearts.
