Bernard F. McCabe

Bernard F. McCabe passed away peacefully at age 89 August 1st, 2015 at his home in Apache Junction, AZ. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Alice Marie McCabe. Bernard served in the U.S. Navy and was discharged with honors after serving in World War II. Bernard leaves behind 3 daughters, two son-in-laws and one son, Theresa & John Winter, Barbara & Louis Belitsos, Catherine Bijansky and John McCabe. Bernard was blessed with 10 grandchildren: Michael & (Chrissy), Bryan & (Karen) and Kimberly & (Chris) Winter. Louis & (Emma), Angelina & (Joe) Dovonan, Christina and Gina Belitsos. Amanda, Dana & (Joseph) Freeman, and Chelsea Bijansky. He also, is survived by his sister Catherine Miller and two sister-in-laws, Patrica Evens and Carol Waters. He leaves behind 12 great-grandchildren: Brandon, Kyle and Alexis Winter. Ashley, Samantha and Aden Winter. Gabriella Belitsos. Teddy and Patrick Donovan. Teddy Freeman. Liliana and Zachary Legare.

Funeral services will take place on August 10, 2015 at St. George Catholic Church, 300 E 16th Ave Apache Junction, AZ. A viewing will begin at 9:00 AM, with a Rosary at 10:00 AM, to be followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.
