Wayne A. Coulter, 83, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. A proud Navy Veteran and devoted husband to Patricia A. Coulter for 62 wonderful years, Wayne lived a life rooted in service, family, and unconditional love.

He leaves behind a legacy with his five children, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom carry forward with them the memory of his presence, his kind heart, and his undeniable love.

Wayne will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
