Samuel D. Madrid

Sammy “Samuel D. Madrid” passed away May 8, 2022. He was born April 24,1964 in Greeley, Colorado.

He was a son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. Sammy’s favorite things to do were singing and cooking.

Sammy was one of five children survived by Parents Samuel and Irene Madrid.

Sisters: Sandra, Beverly, Kimberly and Paula.

Partner: Sheila.

Children: Samantha, Tiffani and Ciera. Sammy will be honored in a Memorial Service Celebration of Life please join us to say.
