Lynda Laihr

Lynda Laihr passed away unexpectedly on Oct 25th 2021 in Phoenix Arizona. She was born May 15, 1954, to parents Kenneth Leroy Wolverton and Florence Marie Wolverton in Atwater Ohio.

She was a 1972 graduate of Boardman High School in Boardman, Ohio. She was an homemaker and talented artist. She had an infectious smile and touched the lives of anyone who knew her. She has spent the last 14 years in Arizona living life to the fullest and spending time with her son and grandchildren. Her whole world were her children and grandchildren.

Lynda is survived by her children, James (Andrea) Laihr and Mandy Odom. Her grandchildren, Alexis(Vickie) Laihr, Julian( Melanie) Laihr, and Kevin Laihr and a step grandson, Zach Patton and Destiny(Dominik)Pavetic, Christian Odom, and Kellan Odom. She is also survived her brother Gene(Marilyn) Wolverton and a host of nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind the love of her life her cats Skeeter and Max.

Lynda is preceded in death by her parents, her two sisters Kendra Margal and Penny Wolverton and her son in law Marc Odom.

The family has elected to have a private family service in Arizona. She will then proceed to eternal rest back home in Ohio where a graveside service will be at a later date.
