Donna Lou Jouppi
Heaven gained a saint on August 6, 2021 when Donna Lou Jouppi passed away peacefully in Chandler, Arizona.
Donna is survived by her husband of 46 years, Daniel Jouppi, son Brian (Mandy), granddaughters Sofia and Amelia, daughter Lisa Holt (Richie), mother Esta Weiss, stepfather Charles Weiss, sister Beth Bosley (Brett), nieces, nephews, and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her father, William P. Lorey. Born on October 18, 1949 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Donna graduated from Beaver Falls High School and went on to Slippery Rock College where she took courses in accounting. After moving to Michigan, she met Daniel in 1974 and they were soon married. Donna spent her career in the clerical field and raising her children. Donna and Daniel resided with their family in Woodhaven, Michigan before retiring to Henderson, Nevada in 2005. Shortly before Donna's passing, they moved to Mesa, Arizona to be closer to family. Donna enjoyed crocheting, quilting, crafting, traveling, and spending time with family. Friends and family wishing to honor Donna may consider donating to The American Heart Association. A memorial service is planned for September 11, 2021 in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania at Trinity Lutheran Church.
