Danean Cummins

In Loving Memory of Danean Cummins. Born on March 23, 1967 in Mesa Arizona to Dean & Dawn Harper. She passed away at her home, into our Lord’s loving embrace, November 20, 2021 at the age of of 54.

Danean is survived by her husband and Eternal companion Dale, whom she married on July 23, 1988.They were sealed for all Time and Eternity in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Danean and Dale have three children Miles, Melissa, & Christian, as well as Melissa’s husband Benjamin, and six beloved grandchildren, Isabelle, Silas, Gracelyn, Brigham, Elizabeth & Lincoln. She is also survived by her mother Dawn Harper, and sisters Diana, Danette, Debra & Denna and their spouses. She was proceeded in death by her father Dean Harper. She was also the beloved daughter-in-law of Chester and Geraldine Cummins, and sister-in-law Faye, along with her son Patrick and wife Sarah, and many other nephews and nieces, cousins and friends. Those that knew Danean knew that her family was her life. She was first and foremost a wife and mother beyond anything else. Her other passion in life was her love of dogs, especially chihuahuas. She would always rescue and find homes for them. Her two best puppy loves were Bruiser, and her current dog Chimichanga. Her other varied hobbies and interests were, always re-decorating our home, shopping with Melissa and Christian, and she loved going on, quiet, stress free drives to Pine and especially to the Globe area. Danean also loved going out to eat with her family. She especially loved going to her lifelong love, Matta’s with their chile rellenos. Danean was the kind of person that would take the time to talk to and care for anyone in need. She was always making sure that everyone knew they were loved and went out of her way to show it in personal ways. She did a beautiful job emanating Christ's commandment that "Though shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.". We were all blessed by her example. In closing, Danean was a life long, active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and would often bear her testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ to all who would listen. She had an especially strong testimony that families are Eternal, which even now brings much needed comfort to us. She will be so missed. Until we meet again.
