Robert L. Tidd

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert “Bob” L. Tidd of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 65. He was born December 24, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA. Leaving to mourn family and friends.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and he will be missed by the many lives he touched. Surviving are his wife, Robin and their two children, Charlene Miller, Matthew Tidd, and four grandchildren, Lily, Patrick, Haiden, and Seth. His father Robert Tidd (MI), three sisters, Barbra Shirey (PA), Shirley Ford (FL), and Nancy Meyerhoffer (PA) and one brother Scott Tidd (MI). He was proceeded in death by his mother Nancy Tidd in 2008.

Bob was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and had a love for aviation and flying. Through his career, he worked on many aircraft, both large and small. He also enjoyed building aircraft in his spare time and his skills set him apart from many.

There will be no service for Bob as the family members are gathering and mourning privately.
