Carol J. Burke Jensen Keller

Our beloved mom, sister and Nana passed away peacefully on May 13, 2020, in Chandler Arizona. She fought a gallant battle caused from a brain hemorrhage and will be missed dearly. Carol was born February 20, 1938 to Marvel V. & Alice Melton Burke in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Carol worked in retail most of her life, with many years at ZCMI and Dillard’s, working in women’s clothing and cosmetics. She was always dressed to the nines and was quite the fashionista and an awesome gourmet cook who could whip up some awesome meals! She married Dee Jensen (Divorced) and Elmo Keller (Divorced). She has lived in the Phoenix area for almost 35 years. Carol is survived by a son Rick (Barbara) Jensen, Mesa, Arizona, and a daughter Kathy (Ken) Howe, Salt Lake City, Utah. Her sisters Julie Towler and Vicki (Joel) Torres both of Idaho Falls Idaho. One brother Kevin (Kim) Burke of Salt Lake City, as well as nine grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister and two sons, Randal D. Jensen, and Scott L Jensen. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew and love her. A private family memorial will be held in Mesa, Arizona on June 6, 2020.
