John Leslie Borgstrom

John Leslie Borgstrom, died unexpectedly at Mountain Vista Hospital in Mesa, AZ Tuesday morning November 19, 2019 at the age of 79 from Lung Cancer.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Mary, daughter, Jenny Beste (Jeff), grandchildren: Tiffani and Brian; a sister, Nora Waskom; nieces: Geneva and Helen; a son, Eric; grandchildren: Stephanie and Scott.

John was born October 14, 1940 in Seattle, WA. He grew up on a farm in Buckley, WA, was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and proudly served his country in the Airforce and Army Reserves, serving 3 years in Germany with the 36th Air Police SQ. He worked for Honeywell Protection Services for 25 years and then his Family's business Mutual Materials for 6 years. He lived with his family in Everett and Snohomish, WA until retiring in Arizona in 2012. John enjoyed bowling, golfing, Nascar and traveling.

Memorial services will be held at John Calvin Presbyterian Church, Apache Junction, AZ at 4 pm Saturday, November 30th.

There will also be a memorial in Washington state at a future date yet to be determined.
