Deborah Ann Bonney
Debby was born Sep 7, 1950 and died Nov 6, 2019. She was preceeded in death by her parents Edwin and Marian Hyatt, son Michael Bonney and brother-in-law Victor Olesen. Debby is survived by her husband Solomon, daughters Nikol and Misty, and grandchildren Derek, Makayla, Anthony, Conner and Justice, and sisters Jan (Richard) Pfaff and Becky Olesen, and nieces and nephews Dawn and Tom Hart, their children Jack and Keelan, Andrea and Nick Morley, their children Beth and Samantha. Also brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces on her husband's side.
Debby wasn born and raised in Los Alamos, NM after graduating from Los Alamos H.S. in 1968 Debby moved to Albuquerque, NM where she met her future husband Solomon Bonney. They loved and worked in many cities and states including but not all New York City, Newark NJ, San Francisco, CA, Albuquerque NM, White Salmon WA, Farmington NM, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN, Tempe AZ, Los Angeles CA, Littleton CO and finally settling in Tempe, AZ.
Debby enjoyed arts & crafts, gardening, and her grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with friends and anything to do with the ocean. She loved to visit San Diego and stay at the Crystal Pier Hotel sleeping over the waves of the Pacific Ocean. In 2003 Debby realized a lifelong dream to visit Australia. Debby, with her husband Solomon took a 6 week cruise on the SS Queen Elizabeth II. Leaving the Port of Long Beach CA to Honolulu HI then to Papeete Tahiti then to the island of Morrea in the French Polynesian Islands then Auckland NZ then Hobart Tasmania then Melbourne AU and finally Sydney AU.
Debby and her husband celebrated their 50th Anniversary on July 5, 2019. After a very brief illness Debby passed away with her family at her bedside. We will miss her laughter and jokes and our family get togethers. She leaves behind a lot of broken hearts but know that she is back with he son Michael and her parents.
A memorial to celebrate Debby's life will be announced at a later date.
