Jean Marie Hitchcock

Jean Marie (Storako) Hitchcock-63, died peacefully with her loving husband by her side in Florence , AZ after a courageous battle.

Jean was born on November 20, 1955 to Pat and Ed Storako in Chicago , IL. She graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Jean spent her career in restaurant management and customer service. She was happily married to Donald Hitchcock, SR who was her partner in life for 45 years. They resided in Sharpsville, IN for the majority of the time before retiring to AZ.

Jean is survived by her husband, 5 sisters, 3 brothers, 4 children and their spouses, many grandchildren , and numerous extended family members. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, mother-in-law, and father-in-law.

Besides spending time with family and friends, Jean had a passion to sew, knit, bake, golf, attend sporting events for her grandchildren, care for her dogs which were like her children, walk, ride her bike, and enjoy an evening at the casino. She touched many lives with her generosity and selfless need to help others.
