Thelma Ann Altizer

THELMA ANN ALTIZER, 76, passed Tuesday, August 07, 2018, after a courageous battle against Cancer. Thelma was born July 28, 1942. She married Frank Altizer in 1978. They lived together in Phoenix & Peoria, Arizona until Frank's passing in 2004. Thelma worked at AT&T as a operator until she retired after 31 years of service in 1994.

Afterwards she prepared taxes at H&R Block up to 2018.

Thelma was preceded in death by her husband: Frank Altizer, her father and mother: James and Georgina Porter, and her sister: Susie Feeney. Thelma is survived by sons: Micheal Souza and Kenneth Souza, daughter-in-laws: Rosalinda Souza and Susan Smith, granddaughter: Marcella Major, sister's: Janie Cuffia and Alice Vigna, and her extended family: The Burnette and Holmes families. To which she's lovingly known as Grandma Thelma.

She is a Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Friend who will be greatly missed. She touched many lives with her love, kindness & generosity and is Loved and Respected by so many. Services will be held at a latter time.
