Armand "Sonny" Colapreto

In Loving Memory of Armand (Sonny)Colapreto, 78, of 110 Ivy Hill Circle, Reading, PA, passed away peacefully at home in Apache Junction, Arizona. He was surrounded in love by family on November 12, 2017. He fought a strong battle against Acute Leukemia for over a year. He was the loving and faithful husband of Sandra (Grabert) Colapreto for 43 wonderful years. Born in Reading, PA he was the son of Armando and Marie (Pasquale) Colapreto

Armand was a retired Computer Repair Technician with General Electric Corporation working at the Met-Ed First Energy Company. In retirement he was an avid rock hound and jewelry maker at the Apache Junction Rock and Gem Club. He also enjoyed making beautiful stained glass pictures and taking stained glass classes in fussing and slumping glass projects.

In addition to his wife Sandra; he is survived by a sister ConnieColapreto in Elizabethtown; his children Nanette Bush and son-in-law John Bush; Marc Colapreto Sr. and daughter-in-law Dawn Colapreto; son-in-law Robert Kelly, Armanda McClincy and son-in-law Jason McClincy; Alisandra Foster and son-in-law Alan Foster; along with his grandchildren Vanessa Bush, Marc Colapreto Jr., Noah Armand Joseph Colapreto, Reighley McClincy, Gillian Foster, Harrison McClincy and Mason Foster.He was predeceased by his daughter Shari Lynne Kelly

Armand’s wishes were for no funeral or memorial service to follow his cremation. To honor and celebrate his life a random act of kindness can be done in his name. For everyone that he left behind and to help provide closure, please say a few wordson his online memorial page.
