Josh graduated with the Class of 2000 from Hector High School, Hector, Arkansas. After graduation, he came to the Phoenix area, gaining employment and becoming an Aerospace Quality Assurance Technician. Through many hours of training, he obtained an Associates in Aviation.

Josh was gifted to repair ANY broken item; had he never worked on a specific item or found the item to be challenging, he'd find a "HOW-TO" video. He was an avid bicyclist; spent many hours rising BMX style with his best friend, Bryan Hanson. He'd spend hours upon hours sanding bicycle frames down to the bare metal, then repaint it. If that didn't look to suit him, he'd redo the project until it met his specifications. Josh should have been a sports announcer; the love he had for the sport and the game played, he could recall the play by play action, relaying it in a story several years after the game was played. He was a self taught guitarist; loved playing, jamming, singing and writing lyrics.

A Celebration of Life service was held at the New Life Worship Center, Mesa; Cremation services provided by Horizon Funeral Services of Mesa; Interment to be, beside his father, in the Witts Springs Cemetery, Witts Springs, Arkansas.
