Rene Adrian Grijalva

Rene A. Grijalva passed away on January 28, 2016. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Grijalva and son, Alec C. Grijalva; his parents, Pete and Margarita Grijalva; his sister, Erika Grijalva and nephew, Angel R. Grijalva.

Rene is predeceased by his beloved paternal grandparents, Pedro and Mary Grijalva and maternal grandparents, Jose and Ceferina Arias. He was born on September 11, 1982 in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Del Valle High School in 2000, then moved to Arizona to pursue his dream in culinary arts in 2001.

Rene was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. His laughter and smile were infectious. He was extremely passionate about culinary arts and he had accomplished so much as a chef. He is my personal chef and always will be my personal chef. You will be missed greatly, my love!
